"An M&S paperback original."
William Edward Parry was England's first hero-explorer of the nineteenth century. In 1819-1820, he almost got through the mush-sought-after North West Passage before being stopped by impenetrable ice. It would be thirty years before another vessel would travel that far.
Middle grade.
