Angelina loves animals and really wants a pet. So, for her fifth birthday, her parents get her a little grey kitten named Boris. Boris scratches, jumps on her and bites, which scares the daylights out of Angelina. She develops a dislike for cats, and soon she is afraid of all animals. It takes an old orange cat, along with some encouragement from her mom, for Angelina to overcome her fear. Grades K-3.
