Summary, etc Thunderbird is a mythical creature found in stories from both the East and West. In the first of two stories, a young carver embarks on a dangerous journey hoping to find Thunderbird so he can carve him. In the second story, Nanaboozhoo the trickster wants to hunt the largest fish in the lake, knowing it can feed his village for the winter. But first, he needs a Thunderbird feather! Nanaboozhoo disguises himself as a rabbit, but is this enough to trick the great Thunderbird into helping him?<br/>
